Designation: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager Job Summary: We are looking for individuals who can review insurance claims and ensure that clients or customers receive accurate reimbursements for their claims. Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer calls/mails related to reimbursement process as first point of contact for prudent clients. 2. Guiding clients for reimbursement process, enabling them with all the relevant details like document check list, claim form, submission mode (online/offline), document submission address etc 3. Coordinating with TPAs to fasten the claims processing & settlement. 4. Informing clients about the deficiencies of claims if any & guiding them to submit the requisite documents. 5. Providing claim settlement details to clients if not received from TPA 6. Managing client queries related to their claim settlement. 7. In case any customer is not happy with the denial or deductions, the team member needs to take this up with TPA to get more clarity & provide it to customer till client is satisfied 8. In case of any delay from TPA/Insurer, escalating the issue to next escalation level & resolving the same 9. Coordinating with Insurers on case-to-case basis if required 10. Reviewing claims outstanding of the assigned TPA to ensure TPAs are adhering to defined SLA 11. Ensuring customer delight is achieved by supporting clients in the end-to-end process 12. Providing details about any case to RCS team in case required by them Desired profile/who should join: Fair knowledge about the TPA/Insurance processes Good communication skills Problem solving attitude.
