Graduate with Minimum 5-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Export \xe2\x80\x93 Import Diploma / Degree in Export Import Management from reputed institution.
Commanding knowledge in, Foreign Trade policy and procedure.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire logistics and documentation activities.
Scrutinizing Pre shipment and Post shipment documentation.
Well versed in Incoterms / Payment terms.
Scrutinizing Letter of credit, Preparation of LC documents and submission to bank. Follow up with bankers for receipt of payment under LC.
Good knowledge on various ports situated around the globe.
Well versed in MEIS / Advance Licence / EPCG Licence / Duty draw back.
Freight negotiation with forwarders / Shipping line.
Preparation of contracts with transporters/CHA/forwarders/shipping lines/consultants, etc.
Co-ordinate with factories for smooth and timely shipments to customers.
Co-ordinate with transporters & CHA for timely movement of containers.
Co-ordination with CHA and ensure that empty containers move to factory as per schedule and loaded containers are gated in at Customs and connects the vessel
Co-ordinate with forwarders / liners for freight invoice and timely release of OBL.
Co-ordinate with Marketing / Documentation team and make sure that copies of shipping documents are sent to customer on time along with shipment schedule.
Co-ordinate with accounts for timely release of freight payment to forwarders / Transporters.
Co-ordinate with bankers and make sure that EBRC are issued on time without delay.
Co-ordinate with CHA and make sure EP copies are getting reflected in DGFT site without delay.
Ensure prompt delivery of original shipping documents to customers.
Preparation/monitoring of weekly MIS statement related to Exports / MEIS Licence/ Advance Licence / EPCG Licence and other statements required by management from time to time.
Ensure timely receipt of various export incentives.
Keeping track of pending E-BRC/Licenses, etc.
Liaising with various government authorities \xe2\x80\x93 Excise, Customs, DGFT, etc. and other statutory authorities.
Tracking estimated time of arrival (ETA) of ships at the port of destination and intermediary ports.
Keep updated regarding Foreign Trade Policy & other rules & regulations relating to our business.
Developing & managing the variable and fixed logistics budgets.
Well versed in MS Word, MS Excel (Advanced).
Knowledge in export documents software is preferable.
