We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Creative Fire Starter to join our team If you have creativity, strategy and can apply your passion for movies, music and digital marketing in the creation of cutting-edge campaigns for Bollywood soundtracks, then join the team that is redefining the Hindi film music landscape What youll do: Work with an integrated unit of design, content, editing and marketing team to develop and disseminate engaging and appealing content across various online media channels. Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns - including paid campaigns, influencer campaigns, digital activations and new initiatives - in line with the core marketing plan and objectives for Bollywood projects. Collaborate with agencies and digital partners for a better and deeper understanding and optimum targeting of our audiences. Monitoring and staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and proactively recommending approaches to improve performance of paid and organic campaigns, as well as breakthrough initiatives. Managing and leading all partners for social media, content and creative to extend our reach and grow our audience. Work with all internal departments to help promote cross-functional initiatives and priorities through social channels. General platform management duties including fandom development and community management, social listening, insight mining etc. Who you are: Previous Experience: 2/3 years with Media/ Entertainment companies or Digital Media/Digital Advertising agencies Education: Graduation, MBA/Post Graduation is preferred Skills: Creativity, Deep understanding of digital marketing and media buying, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, PL management, Negotiations Interests: Music, Movies, Arts, Culture, AI, Digital Media and Platforms, Technology What we give you: You join a leading global entertainment brand which fosters an inclusive and collaborative community to fuel your professional journey.
