Role description Job description - Assitant Manager - Digital Business unit: Role Summary : This position is primarily responsible for implementation of end-to-end technical integration services between partner system & TATA AIA systems. This includes building of new microsite journeys with new partners or enhancing existing integration API services with BuyOnline or SellOnline platforms. He/ She will be owning key initiatives like analysis & technical feasibility of new tools & new integrations. The core delivery is on the business generation from digital integration journeys. Key deliverables include ownership of implementation interface, design and execution of customer journeys, continuous testing and improvement of delivery platform to Influence customer behavior towards preferred product segments. Candidate must be good in understanding API services and understand all new tools and interfaces for system integrations. Key Result Areas: Responsible for managing & implementation of end to end technical integration services between partner system & TATA AIA systems including new microsite journeys with new partners or enhancing existing integration API services with BuyOnline or SellOnline platforms. Analysis & technical feasibility of new tools and platform for enhancing digital experience Lead initiatives relating to improving tele assisted business & new integrations. Developing standard integration kit for all external partners basis our tech feasibility & partner integration approach. Working closely with Digital Ecosystem team, partner and internal business/ IT teams to build robust, tech enabled interactive & user-friendly microsite buying journeys. Building appropriate sales nudges and interaction facilitators in the product sales journeys to convert online leads to sales without human assistance Advisory to other teams in terms of Journey optimization. Identifying and mapping customer pain points, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions to improve end to end online journey of customer.
