Assistant Manager Design- (Video and Digital Content Production) - Mumbai (4+ Years)

Assistant Manager Design Opportunity for a Professional with 4+ year of experience in Video Editing with Content Management. A graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts / Applied Arts, with a focus on video-based/digital content.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Hands on Extensive Experience in Video Editing and Content Management.

Knowledge of Video Production programs such as: Adobe Creative Suite Video Editing Software (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate), to add music, graphics, animation, and to develop, edit and upload/manage video content.

Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate or alternate Adobe tools for the creation of e-learning modules and Training interfaces for the purposes of the client\'s and/or the onshore team\'s training needs.

Prior experience on alternate tools/platforms such as Final Cut Pro, Tumult Hype, AVID, etc. is also acceptable if you can transition across video production platforms.

Adobe Audition for Sound editing. Knowledge of alternate sound editing software like Audacity, Soundforge etc. would also work.

Knowledge of industry standard Plug-ins & Effects Libraries, typography skills for text-based animations and well versed in the best practices for optimal rendering / hosting video outputs, on the organizations permitted platforms.

Basic knowledge of 3D-Studio max for creation on 3D element animation and Adobe Lighroom for correction of video clips may be helpful.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite. Underlying knowledge of design basics and experience on software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be needed for visualization of video content.

Strong foundational knowledge of typography, branding, and industry best practices. The incumbent should keep well informed of latest trends and styles used on video outputs produced amongst other similar corporate set-ups.

Ability to assimilate business content and convert it into information graphics

Communication Skills - be able to articulate design choices and concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels both verbally and in writing

Requirements: -

A graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts / Applied Arts, with a focus on video-based content.

4 to 6 years hands-on-experience in a Design team within in a corporate environment.

Prior experience in static Print design on Adobe InDesign across outputs like Brochures, Reports, other Marketing and sales enablement collaterals, Corporate Emailers, etc.

Prior experience for design-based delivery on MS Office tools - Experience working
on Corporate Presentations, Design of RFP documents, keynote event presentations, interactive document production etc. affording you more fungibility across mediums of design delivery.

Workflow management / project management experience - Hands on experience on planning / design delivery/ project management within an internal team environment.

• Possess prior experience of working in a Consulting / SSC / Financial Services set up, with the agile ability to keep pace with a dynamic corporate environment.
