Responsibilities:

Analyze data to support the implementation of CCaaS and digital transformation solutions. Generate reports and insights to help clients make data-driven decisions. Work with the development team to integrate data analytics into solutions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in data analysis, preferably in a BPM or contact center environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Basic knowledge of CCaaS solutions, digital transformation technologies, and AI/generative AI technologies. Strong analytical and communication skills.
