xqyqz Tokens xqyqz customer complaints and NSR/SR closure Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily cash collection / updating and deposition & Checking and updating agency/branch walk-in collection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cross selling the insurance and other products to walk in customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Cash & Customer Service /NPS and Audit Queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Service branch maintenance and control \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistent increase in penetration of CDM/Kiosk \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage escalations with teams (Centralize/HO) for end to end resolution \xe2\x80\xa2 Petty cash management \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain minimal errors in audit report published by HO."
Required Qualifications and Experience
