Job Summary . Assistant Manager - Credit Operations Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - \'. Customer Service - TAT Tokens customer complaints and NSR/SR closure Management . Daily cash collection / updating and deposition & Checking and updating agency/branch walk-in collection. . Cross selling the insurance and other products to walk in customers . Cash & Customer Service /NPS and Audit Queries . Service branch maintenance and control . Consistent increase in penetration of CDM/Kiosk . Manage escalations with teams (Centralize/HO) for end to end resolution . Petty cash management . Maintain minimal errors in audit report published by HO.\' Required Qualifications and Experience . \'. Understanding of cash & customer service related processes and policies. . Graduate/Post graduate fresher/with experience . Ability to work independently and towards deadlines. . Effective oral and written communication skills\'
