Maintaining the Corp calendar along with the schedule to regular communication to internal stakeholders via mediums like newsletter, intranet etc Liaoning with the HR team on specific employee related communications to increase brand equity Develop and maintain appropriate internal communications policies and procedures to ensure consistency in approach Work closely with the stakeholders and internal teams to develop employee social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing and recruitment goals Pitching for awards/reorganization for Brand and departments to uplift the brand image and identity Holding the Vision and Mission of the company and making sure its implementation across the organization via different mediums Employer Branding Strategy - Active involvement in building employer branding strategy in collaboration with the leadership and relevant stakeholders. Responsible for end-to-end implementation of the strategy, based on agreed outcomes Designing events and initiatives to boost our brand as employer in the market and internally run programs that will boost the employee pride of being a part of a growing organization Orchestrate the creation of a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) with relevant stakeholders Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned, and disseminated effectively via recruitment and attraction campaigns Manage the branding requirements for campus recruitments and generate continuous awareness of our employer brand to this target audience, in collaboration with the campus recruitment team Responsible for developing and maintaining various communication and marketing materials for both internal and external channels, including employee videos/testimonials, employer branding social media campaigns, etc. Work with relevant stakeholders to disseminate this information. Use social media to influence and attract talent- Increase engagement in Social and Digital Channels Online Reputation Management \xe2\x80\x93 Work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to manage online employer reputation management on job sites and affiliated sites such as Glassdoor, etc using clear cut processes and pre-defined strategies on building the brand Salary: 9600,000.00 - 9900,000.00 per year Benefits:
