Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add an Assistant Manager - Corporate communication.

The candidate will be responsible for primarily driving internal communications activities in India. The candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications, Southeast Asia.

What a typical day looks like:

• Write / edit and ensure all local messages / content are aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s key messages and direction.
• Adhere to the company\xe2\x80\x99s editorial style guide to produce high-quality and error-free communication materials.
• Develop content and manage updates for the India newsletter & portal.
• Proactively reach out to counterparts across India sites and win the trust from local key stakeholders to facilitate internal communications.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate events / webinars / townhalls.
• Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
• Support country leadership communication
• Develop video scripts and oversee video production as and when required
• Develop and deliver programs across multiple platforms including digital, print, and events
• Collaborate with colleagues in Region, Corporate Communications and Marketing, HR, Operations, and Business Segments
• Support PR/ external communication efforts for India and SE Asia region whenever required

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field (essential)
• A minimum of three to four years of experience in a related communications role (essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
• Content writing experience for all media platforms
• Social media experience
• Proven ability to think strategically and drive execution across multiple channels and audiences
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills. Must be able to independently drive and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Meticulous, attention to detail
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Ideation and creative thinking abilities will be an added bonus
