Learn more about us here: Solv: Overview | LinkedIn About the role: We require Assistant Manager Financial Operations to support Accounting, Statutory Compliance, Audit, Analysis, Operations, Monthly reporting Activities at our Noida Office. Requirements: Having experience of 2-4 years in finance, tax, audit, accounts, and operations, preferably in e commerce company. Should be having excellent hands-on experience at Accounting Software, Microsoft Office especially MS Excel Should have good understanding of Finance & Operational Concepts Preferred Qualification : CA Responsibilities: Review of MIS closing Files for accuracy in marketplace revenue Recommendation and review of Bank Entries Adherence to Statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, MCA) and timely audit support Validation and Reconciliation of Seller & Buyer issues Coordinating and Resolving issues raised by other teams i.e., RA, Seller Experience and Buyer Experience Teams Explaining month end closure numbers to all the relevant stakeholders (along with the other finance function) Maintaining the records of the working files related to seller waivers, other escalations and ensure proper entries are passed in tally considering statutory requirements. Maintaining Internal Accounting controls & mitigate risk audit observations. Interacting with Business, Operations, and external stakeholders including audit closures (BIG 4). Banking issues, payment gateway providers, and cash management facilities Willing to accept any additional tasks that the team or job requires. Skills that will help you succeed in this role: Highly ambitious and very high confidence in one\'s ability. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to unravel complex accounting queries. Positive attitude: \'Can do\' approach and willing to give everything a go from manual processing to larger projects. Self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative. Excellent organisation skills: ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effective. Conduct ongoing follow-ups, in-depth analyses, and timely closure of work end to end.
