As a Surveyor, you will play a vital role in gathering critical property information and facilitating effective communication between property owners and our brand. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive property surveys to accurately capture property details, measurements and features. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data collection and seamless communication. Thorough research and building good relationships with Landlords and Developers Thorough Catchment Analysis of related market area. Knowledge of Detail Market mapping to client requirements and needs. Making Competitors analysis and Property valuation report. Identify areas based on demand analysis and build a strong Business Pipeline. Develop a growth strategy by researching into areas and observing market trends. Build a strong owner network to stay ahead of competition and connection in the industry through cold calling (data /doubtful) and e-mail campaigning. Identify key-prospects through primary and secondary research. Requirements:- Proven record of accomplishment as a surveyor in the real estate sector, preferably with exposure to client interaction. Exceptional communication and convincing abilities to engage property owners and gather relevant data. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Valid driving license and ownership of a reliable vehicle for efficient travel. Experience in the Real Estate Sector preferred 3-7years experience in the market research or similar role in Retail/Office working(Not Residential) Proficiency in English and Hindi. Full understanding of the commercial market research Ability to adapt and perform under pressure Time management and planning skills Trustworthy and Honest Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree or equivalent. Demonstrated PowerPoint, Word, Excel/Access, or other database modeling capabilities. Self-motivator with the ability to work autonomously while managing tasks and deadlines appropriately.
