Job Summary . Assistant Manager - Commercial Risk & Underwriting Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Responsible for Day to Day Transactions, Customer Service, Bank & TDS Recon Publishing MIS, Ensure operational efficiency, ensure delivery within defined TAT and quality standards Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Customer Onboarding Loan Booking & Monitoring . Authorization of Customer Onboarding and Limit Setting as per Documents / approvals provided . Ensure Loan Booking is done within TAT post submission of required approvals . Qualitative Check of Disbursements comparing the Sanction Terms viz Loan Amount Rate Fees Penalty etc. 2. Bank Reconciliations & Quality Check . Ensuring NIL Open Recon Items in below Banks beyond 7 Days a) Disbursement Accounts (STP A/c Manual Payment Account) b) Collection Accounts (Dedicated CL Virtual Account Common NEFT / RTGS A/c c) Parking Accounts i.e. Rollover / Inter Account Transfer (BTTP A/c) . Oversee Transactions / Recon Matching Done with sample QC / Data Check . Co-Ordinate with peer teams at HO to check Open Items pertaining to Commercial Lending Customers 3. Repayment Accounting Tracking . Ensuring Credits are accounted timely in the respective Loan Accounts within 1 Day of Credit . Follow Up with Branches for Open / Unaccounted Credits 4. TDS Refund . TDS Receivable Recon to be published on a Quarterly Basis to respective stakeholders comparing to AS-26 Credits . Work Closely with Business and Taxation team to reduce the recoverable . Co-ordinate with Business and Customers to share TDS Certificates . Ensuring TDS Entries are correctly posted in System . Sample Quality Check of TDS Refunds to be done 5. Repayment / Cashflow MIS Quality Check . Publish Daily MIS to stakeholders helping in Disbursement / Portfolio Limit Tracking 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) 1) Involvement of various products processes scenarios stakeholders etc. add complexity to the role 2) Document management for diversified portfolio of different Business with varied levels of complexity add challenges 5. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduation . Minimum 1-2 years of work experience . Experience in management of Loan Operations . Prior Experience & Knowledge of Loan Systems / Core Banking Solutions preferred . Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Process would be added advantage . Stakeholder management
