Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Maintain an ongoing level of engagement with key clients. Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments for clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to propose customized solutions and address specific client needs.

Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Proactively address client concerns and suggestions to enhance the overall client experience.

Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues. Provide feedback and insights from clients to assist in the development and improvement of products and services

Event Management: Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in collaboration with clients. Create event timelines, budgets, and critical paths. Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure all aspects of the event are planned and executed accordingly. Creating a pipeline of prospective clients

Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop event promotion strategies. Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, promotional brochures, and social media campaigns.
