Position: Assistant Manager - Client Relations
Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
We are looking for Assistant Manager - Client Relations (MBA Fresher to 2 years' experience) to manage our existing hotel clients, develop new business opportunities, and handle our service team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, well-presented professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
? Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
? Ensure timely service support and client satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
? Conduct client visits, collect feedback, and provide scenting recommendations.
Business Development
? Identify and reach out to potential hotels, resorts, and commercial clients.
? Present Air Roma's fragrance solutions and close new business deals.
? Achieve monthly business targets and generate new client leads.
Team & Operations Handling
? Coordinate with service associates to ensure prompt client servicing.
? Plan service schedules and ensure smooth on-site operations.
? Maintain reports of client visits, sales activity, and service performance.
Requirements:
? MBA in Marketing / Sales.
? 0-2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Sales, or Business Development.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Presentable, confident, and comfortable with client meetings.
? Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets.
? Willing to travel to client locations within the Jaipur region and other cities in Rajasthan.
? Must have valid driving license and own vehicle (scooty/bike/car) for local travel.
