Drive for safe working systems and procedures and good house keeping to be maintained Drive initiatives e.g. TPM, ISO, SHE related & other performance improvement initiative Will be responsible for regular maintenance and project jobs. In compliance with the set quality standards. To comply that the jobs are carried out as per work instructions procedures, IS codes and as per the instructions of the site Engg. To comply the said safety standards during execution of the civil jobs. Will be responsible for material and manpower planning for the jobs in advance To maintain the records of the work done and responsible for the correctness of the measurement of the work carried out on daily basis Will be responsible for preparation and checking of bills. Drive initiatives e.g. TPM, ISO, SHE related & other performance improvement initiative Desired Skills: Good Analytical and logical skills. Should be a computer-literate. Exposure to SAP R/3 Good communication skills with ability to network with team /cross-functional team members, consultants, contractors and statutory agencies if required. Must also have knowledge of refractory and repairs,rehabilitation and retrofitting of the civil buildings. Qualification & Experience: Should be qualified 1st class in BE/B.Tech - Civil from a reputed university with a minimum experience of 3-8 years in the relevant field of Civil Engg.
