About the role

Established Design Engineering professional. Carries out design engineering activities, conducts design analysis, makes layouts of components, designs new products, maintains existing products, and resolves design problems.

Responsibilities

• Designs new products and processes, and improves and maintains existing products to help create better products or processes and ensure that the current and future needs of the business are met.
• Conducts design analysis on components and/or assemblies, when required, to ensure that designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.

Qualification:

B.E. Mechanical with specialization in Refrigeration and Air conditioning

M. Tech: Heat transfer / HVACR,

Experience: 10 years

Skills set:

• Should have Knowledge about refrigeration /HVAC, Thermodynamics, and its related components
• Required experience in designing of Heat exchangers and refrigeration cycle balancing
• Should be able to design /evaluate, co-ordinate with cross functional team for part & product evaluation
• Knowledge on working cycle of different refrigerant like HFC, Natural refrigerant Co2, Ammonia is preferred
• Should be able to write specifications, test plan & and it\xe2\x80\x99s documentation at product as well as component level
• Should have been through or part of 2~3 product life cycles.
• Proficient on MS office suites, PPT, MS word, Excel
• Experience in Specific component or System designing software (Dymola, Refprop, Matlab, Refrigeration modelling software etc. is preferred.
• Prefer to have hands on experience on Creo, Autocad etc.
