: CONTEXT: The incumbent will be part of marketing team and will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing plans of new launches and existing shows. The position will work to identify, develop and work with the communication, media, PR and digital creative agencies on marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sampling of our Shows. It is a strategic role in the marketing team who is responsible for driving TVR of the show. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will have to create and execute media plan of their respective shows Will be responsible for positioning creatives (Promos) of his/ her respective shows Will have to highlight potential opportunities and red flag issues of their respective shows basis trends Will collaborate with internal teams which include but is not restricted to - Digital,OAP, Graphics, Content, Traffic and Presentation Will lead the PR function and independently handle the PR agency Will collaborate with external teams from the media, creative and research agencies Should be comfortable in creating business presentations Will have to keep one\'s ears to the ground to understand consumer trends PERFORMANCE MEASURES: Meeting show and channel targets set by business Will be expected to come up with atleast one break through idea for the shows in e ach quarter Have an understanding of BARC data to be able to analyze and act on the same. Should be good with both quant and qual. Should be comfortable rolling out marketing/ creative briefs.
