RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare solutions BOM- Position product against competition- Technical consultation with the customer- Assist sales in winning orders- Indulge in Marketing activities- Giving Seminars & presentations to customers- New customer development in increasing business- Preparing Data & AnalysisMEASUREABLE DELIVERABLES:- Number of qualified leads generated or supported.- Achieving Program initiatives- Accuracy and timeliness in BOM preparation.- Participation in customer meetings, seminars, and presentations.- Contribution to marketing campaigns and event execution.- Customer satisfaction and feedback from technical engagements.- Quality of data analysis and reporting provided to the team.KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:- Knowledge of Automation products & solutions PLC, VFD, Servo, SCADA,HMI (Rockwell preferred)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- High level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn.- Willingness to travel across North India as needed. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE:- B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Communication Engineering.- 7-10 years of experienceROLE LOCATION: Gurgaon.
