About your team

The FSO group is an operational function with teams across 10 locations globally delivering core services to ISS & GPS. FSO brings together the following 4 pillars of operational servicing groups:

Fund Accounting & Control Fund Solutions & Shared Services Asset Pricing & Data Management Corporate Action and Income

India - Fund Servicing Shared Services, is an integral part of the Fund Solutions & Shared Services. We provide operational & change support for Fund Accounting, Asset Pricing, Data Operations & Record Keeping.

Fund Solutions pillar provides a wide variety of support from process optimization, process migration support, managing tech driven automation, submitting automation business case, control testing, etc.

A Day as a Business Analyst

You will play an individual role supporting wide range of stakeholder across the global. In this role you will be responsible for managing process migrations i.e. movement of roles from global locations into India, support process optimization i.e. identifying areas of improvements, produce regular MIS (Management Information System), Head Count & Budget management, creating framework for People engagement & recognition; supporting business control testing, etc. You will be responsible for communicating / providing updates to senior stakeholders within the organization.

About your role

This role will be part of the Fund Servicing Shared Services team primarily responsible for providing Business Analyst and Business administrative role.

Your key accountabilities

• Providing Business Update to senior leadership team
• Mange Head count and Business for India Fund Servicing Shared Services unit.
• Creating and executing process migration framework
• Support Tech driven automation projects, by documenting requirements & test plans
• Collaborates with system architects and developers to make sure that the system is properly implemented
• Create and execute People Engagement & Recognition framework for India Fund Servicing Shared Services unit.
• Create framework for business control testing and remediation of findings.
• Support business for documentation & execution of business continuity plan.
• Take responsibility of inter company SLA documentation & recertification.
• Own process optimization initiatives and document requirements for process simplification
• Perform process overview and create business case for automation.

• Design & implement Service Level Agreements with Internal & External teams
• Work closely with various global teams to provide necessary support.
• Build a strong governance model of the function
• Design & implement controls framework including escalation matrix in partnership with Risk team / Risk Champions
• Work collaborative with technologies and bring innovative ideas, automation and best practice on the table.

Desirable qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accountancy or Finance
• Preferably Qualified accountant or qualified through experience
• Relevant Fund Accounting experience / knowledge
• Good working knowledge of Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
