You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:

\xc2\xb7 Oversees the day-to-day functions of the Siemens P2P SCM services associated with Purchase Order Creation for 3rd party and ICC purchases.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible includes, but not limited to, monitoring PO creations for SAP PR related, One SRM related, Manual PO Creations, Stock Transfer Orders. GRN creations, GR IR Discrepancy resolution, Invoice Clarifications for PO and Non-PO Workflows, providing assistance for customer service functions, coaching staff in processing accuracy and productivity, assisting with migration of new Siemens customers, Discrepancy resolution, providing assistance for customer service functions, as needed.

\xc2\xb7 SCM Lead typically handling a team who deal with booking liabilities of Siemens operating companies. Acts as the first level of escalation for PO processing related queries and issues

Your success is grounded in:

\xc2\xb7 4yrs -5 yrs of Procurement experience required. SCM experience, preferred.

\xc2\xb7 SCM Knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in ERP like SAP, Oracle,JDE

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of various Quality Methodologies
