Forms+Surfaces is looking for Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Accounts and Finance to join our team!

Job Location: Suzlon One Earth, Opposite Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune

Scope and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining regular General Ledger Accounting.
  • Annually and Monthly Books keeping and finalisation.
  • Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Bankers.
  • Assisting in costing and monthly management reporting.
  • Assisting GST and TDS return filing.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Import and Export Payment, regulations and accounting.
  • FEMA Compliances with AD Bank on EBRC, IDPMS, and EDPMS.
  • Export and Import Marchant Trade banking paperwork.
  • Domestic and Foreign Bank Guaranty issuance.
  • Letter of Credit documentation, negotiations, scrutiny, and collections.
  • Intercompany Transactions and reporting to USA parent company counterparts.
  • Working Capital/Cash Credit Limits Renewal and Documentation.
  • Fixed Deposit creations, Interest working, and redemptions.
  • Corporate Credit Card Account Management and Payment.
  • Employee reimbursement bills verification.
  • Vendor Payment.
  • Bank Account KYC documentations.
  • Helping in Export Incentives working with DGTF, Customs, and Governments
Required qualification, skills and experiences:
  • M.COM/ MBA Finance/CA Inter.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in hardcore accounting and Finalisation.
  • Good Experience of Auditing and Finalisation.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience day to day accounting.
  • Good knowledge of FMEA Compliances, EBRC, IDPMS, and EDPMS.
  • Good knowledge of Domestic and Foreign Bank Guaranty issuance.
  • Good knowledge of Letter of Credit documentation, scrutiny, and collections.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Intercompany accounting.
  • Import and Export accounting and documentation knowledge.
  • Initiative and ready to take responsibility for work.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, Problem-solving skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
