Job responsibilities:
- Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
- Supervision stock and cold room operations.
- Educate & Motivate sales team with briefing periodically.
- Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
- Management of the center with Home Delivery team.
- Maintain & record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
- Control outstanding following company guidelines & Protocols.
- Develop & penetrate new markets.
- Negotiation with Retailers.
- Communicating well with all staff.
- Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others
- Computer skills like MS Excel & Power point.
- Local candidate is preferred
- Languages known: English and Local Language
- Must have 2-wheeler license.
