Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach and train shop floor/factory workforce to achieve Set Targets. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, workforce and customer serices. Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees, customer and company management. Overall floor management and maintenance Monitor Arrangement of warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Set objectives and motivate other members of the team to achieve respective Goals. Setting & Evaluation of the Goals for your subordinates. Continually try to improve and develop business performance within specific timeliness and cost effectiveness. Allocate and manage staff, resources according to the changing needs Follow reporting as per HO guidelines. Share Periodical Review and Updates with Senior Management.

Education :

Graduate/Post Graduate Advance computer knowledge Excel, word, Power Point, SAP & WMS Convincing skill
