JOB DESCRIPTION v Employee master updating soft and hard copy. v Handling the Payroll, ESI & PF, Statutory Records and bank account opening to all the staff. v To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, v Staff grievance handling v Training given to new staff and special training to old employees v Conduct exit interview v Coordinate all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport. v Coordinate staff cafeteria food & Staff locker and restrooms v Arrangement and coordinate of tours and staff food festival, Staff activities, Town hall meeting v Renewal of all related license v Responsible for all back office and administration tasks of the department. v Maintain employee data, Recruitments, New Joining formalities, arrange training & induction programmes , looking appraisal ,looking salary & leave record, Looking Stationery needs.
