Position Summary:
Acts as the bridge between HR strategy and execution across Yewale Group companies. Responsible for policy standardization, process consistency, performance management, and people development, while ensuring the HR department runs efficiently and supports the organization's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide HR Executives of all three companies for end-to-end HR operations.
Design and implement standardized HR policies, employee handbooks, and process SOPs.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment -- manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance with Finance & Legal.
Drive training & development calendar and internal skill enhancement programs.
Lead PMS (Performance Management System) implementation across departments.
Develop and monitor HR dashboards, attrition analysis, and HR analytics for management.
Conduct employee engagement activities and strengthen company culture.
Handle grievance redressal, discipline, and compliance cases in coordination with management.
Ensure smooth HR audits and statutory inspections for all companies.
Collaborate with ERP vendor for HR module design, data mapping, and rollout.
Identify and execute automation opportunities in HR processes (attendance, PMS, MIS).
Mentor and upskill HR assistants/executives on compliance, policy, and communication.
Support the Head - HR, Admin & IT in strategic initiatives, manpower budgeting, and organizational restructuring.

Qualification & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in HR
5-6 years' experience in HR generalist roles, preferably across multi-unit organizations

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
