Job Description

. Recruitment & Staffing Assist in planning and executing the recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or other HR systems. 2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and grievances. Help maintain a positive workplace culture through communication and conflict resolution. Support employee engagement initiatives (team events, feedback surveys, recognition programs). 3. Performance Management Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and tracking employee performance. Coordinate with managers to ensure timely completion of evaluations and goal setting. Support training and development initiatives based on performance results. 4. Training & Development Identify employee training needs in consultation with department heads. Organize learning and development programs, workshops, and skill enhancement sessions. Maintain training records and track participation and outcomes. 5. Compensation & Benefits Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy in attendance, leaves, and incentives. Assist in the administration of employee benefits (health insurance, bonuses, allowances, etc.). Help in maintaining compliance with compensation laws and internal policies. 6. HR Policy & Compliance Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee files and confidential HR documentation. 7. HR Analytics & Reporting Prepare and analyze HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, training hours, etc.). Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making. 8. Administrative Support Handle general HR correspondence and documentation. Coordinate between HR, finance, and other departments for smooth operations. Support in HR audits and internal reviews. 9. Strategic Support Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals. Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
