Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

Acting as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

Planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, and supporting career development initiatives.

Performance Management:

Overseeing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve employee performance.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and managing disciplinary procedures and terminations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing employee benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and other compensation-related matters.

Policy Development and Implementation:

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent practices.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
