Requirements:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5
+years above of experiencein HR management, preferably in the service or retail sector.
Strong understanding of
Labour Law
, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
