Assistant General Manager(sales & Marketing)
Job Description
We are helping one of our reputed pharma client to onboard an Assistant General Manager -for their Injectable Division.
Location : Segments (North , South , East , West)
Experience : 10+ Years
Person will be accountable for achievement of Sales Target of upcoming Injectable Division by appointing highly motivated team of ASM/RSM/ZSM to push the products to Generic Pharma Product Distributors.
Responsibilities:
\xe2\x9c\x85 Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the Generic Injectable division
\xe2\x9c\x85 Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
\xe2\x9c\x85 Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies
\xe2\x9c\x85 Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures
\xe2\x9c\x85 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of the Generic Injectable market and regulatory landscape
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
