Assistant General Manager Operations

Job Description

Responsible for monitoring complete F&B operations and maintenance of properties. Coordinating operations of Dining, Kitchen and Bhawans. Manage functions and ensure resident satisfaction. Liaison, Coordination & clearances with Civil works. Coordination for Brahmbhog Delhi (BBU) and Karma Health. Monitoring & Stock taking of Property. Administrative duties. Prepare and manage facilities budget including utilities, repairs and consumables.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Bachlor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare , hospitality or senior living. Experience in a retirement community, nursing home or healthcare facility. Age upto 50 years.

Key Skills:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

Working Conditions:



On-site role with rotational on-call duties (including weekends/holidays if needed).
