Assistant General Manager-HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with the executive team to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

- Implement effective onboarding programs and talent development initiatives.

3. Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of open communication.

- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.

4. Performance Management:

- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee performance and development.

- Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans.

5. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and design professional development programs.

- Implement initiatives for continuous learning and skill enhancement.

6. HR Policy and Compliance:

- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws.

- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters related to HR.

7. Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the company\'s offerings remain competitive.

8. HR Technology and Analytics:

- Leverage HR technology solutions for efficient data management and analytics.

- Utilize data insights to drive informed decision-making in HR strategies.

9. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

- Ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 13+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
