Overseeing the Financial Books including G L Scrutiny, Variance analysis of Revenues and Costs, Other Balance sheet items and initiating appropriate actions keeping the books in good shape.
Discussion with all stake holders to accomplish over achievement of targets in line with management priorities.
Provide insightful, timely and value added reports / analysis /insights to help management take corrective actions / timely decision and see Finance as a key contributor.
Fully conversant with SAP and other financial reporting tools like Hyperion and have hands on experience in other tools used for Business Intelligence.
Corporate Financial Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 monthly, quarterly, and annually as required - as per the Accounting Standards and coordinate closure of books.
Dealing with Internal Audit of books and business operations, coordinating with all stake holders and responding / resolving the audit observations for closure of reported matters.
Managing Accounts Payable/Receivable including Vendor/Customer master maintenance, Invoice processing, Non-PO invoices/Debit/Credit Notes in maintaining sanity of the books.
Identification of Control gaps, System issues in generation and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables. Work closely with Sales, Legal and other departments for regulatory compliances.
Setting KPI targets and planning areas of improvement or development in the Finance, Banking, Accounts Receivables areas. Driving Excellence in managing end-to-end process operations with focus on quality deliverables.
Demonstrated abilities in adding value by suggesting possible cost savings & developing a strong control-based environment by recommending systems, policies & SOPs.
