Job Title/Role : Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Function : Luxury Retail
Job Summary : Responsible for ensuring pro-active communication & relationship management with tenants (International luxury brands & Indian fashion designers) for the Luxury Malls- Emporio & Chanakya.
Key Responsibilities :
His / Her role will include the following :
- To regularly interface with both international luxury & Indian fashion designer brands on a non-transactional basis.
- To act as a liaison between Mall Operations, Marketing, and Leasing teams for the tenants.
- To manage the concierge department in providing a seamless experience to customers and tenants of the Luxury Malls.
- To be actively visible in brand-related activities inside and outside the mall.
- To coordinate all public relations activities of the mall & tenants.
- To maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
Skills Required :
1. Excellent coordination skills
2. Strong organizational and planning skills
3. A confident communicator and presenter
4. Maturity to deal with a variety of people and high energy
Qualifications:
1. A degree in Marketing
2. 8-10 Years' experience in Marketing & Public Relations
