Job Description

An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports daily food and beverage operations, focusing on staff supervision and training, inventory control, quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and financial management. Key duties include overseeing staff to ensure standards, managing inventory and orders, responding to guest needs, helping with budget preparation and cost control, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

Supervise and train food and beverage staff to maintain high service standards. Assist with recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development. Conduct staff meetings to communicate policies and procedures.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient service. Manage inventory levels, stock, and ordering to maintain product availability. Ensure equipment is maintained and areas are kept clean and presentable.

Quality Control:

Ensure high-quality food and drink preparation and service. Implement and enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Guest Experience:

Respond to and resolve guest complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction. Accommodate guest preferences and special requests.

Financial Management:

Assist with budget preparation, financial reports, and cost control measures. Monitor revenue and expenses to optimize profitability.

Marketing & Sales:

Participate in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities. Assist in sourcing and testing new products and menu items.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
