We are hiring for the role of Assistant Finance Manager. Location: Dombivli East
Qualification: MBA Finance
Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Companies. Please note we are chemical manufacturers hence this role requires Male candidates! As a Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for executing and managing various financial transactions to ensure the liquidity, and efficiency of the financial resources. Your tasks include cash flow management, financial transaction execution, reconciliation, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Securing renewal of limits, raising term loans , working capital Preparing Project reports & CMA data Well versed with Pre / Post shipment loan documentation Managing Trade finance transactions Managing import/export transactions Experience in Forex and Treasury Management Monitoring and managing covenants stipulated under banking facility agreements. Submission of periodic reports/documents to bankers. Regards,
