Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Factory Mananger - Night Shift for a food processing unit at Kayamkulam This position requires working on night shifts managing immigrant workers (north indians & bengali). Experience in handling atlest 35 to 40 employees/ workers Solid leadership, man management and conflict resolution skills. Planning and organising production schedules Previous experience in facility management and passion for food processing and packaging is a plus. Accomodation and cooking facility will be provided. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
