Designation: AFM \xe2\x80\x93 Events & Hospitality

Events :

This fast-paced, client-facing role requires you to work with many people to make sure events are flawless. Needs coordination with catering vendors, event hosts, AV teams and site teams.

you will lend your expertise on events, especially in creating and updating the facilities event playbook and event training materials. You will provide event trainings to the teams, users and vendors, and work with site leads in rolling out event-related standards and initiatives.

Hospitality :

In this role, you will ensure the business runs smoothly and that customers have a great experience. Also you\xe2\x80\x99ll develop ways to gauge customer satisfaction. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also look into complaints about food quality and service and see to it that such issues are resolved accordingly.

Desired Qualification : Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar discipline.
