Assistant Event Manager

Work Dynamics

What this job involves:

• Will be responsible for managing on site meetings & events planning and execution in the respective location
• Liaise with professionals to find out their exact event requirements
• Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff
• Anticipating and planning for different scenarios
• Planning multiple events simultaneously
• Take Ownership of the day-to-day events, including reports generation and management of the events tracker.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of event spaces and taking clients on facility tours of the venue
• Provide assistance to the AFM & Service Ambassadors in managing the events including administrative functions, housekeeping services and facility services and any other administrative functions as deemed by Deloitte.
• Ensure all events are planned and executed without any escalation.
• Planning and coordinating with other stakeholders and not limited to office of security and F&B.

Serving as a go-between among teams

To land this job, you must be a graduate of any discipline with three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Event management in a Corporate or Hotel setting. You must also demonstrate an aptitude in working with a team. Furthermore, you must have a solid background in developing and monitoring improvement programs.
