Assistant Director/ Sr. Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Consulting Firm - CA
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling financial Due Diligence engagements.
- Analyze Financial and Operational results of business to be acquired or sold through reviewing accounting records.
- Identifying negotiation factors for Purchase price and deal Structuring.
- Managing team and directly dealing with the clients / stakeholders.
- Researching on industry trends and technologies, as well as cyclicality on cash flow requirements to provide insights to clients.
Skills required:
- Required qualified CAs with 5 - 12 years of exp with atleast 5 years of relevant exp into FDD (India Practice).
- Excellent analytical skills.
