Profile Name: Creative Assistant Manager - Rajasthan

Job Brief:

STAGE is looking for a Creative Assistant Manager who would work in collaboration with the Content and Marketing team. The Creative Assistant would be responsible for ensuring that sanctioned content impacts Rajasthan's pop-culture audience while driving positive results for brands. The candidate will be hands-on and responsible for securing content quality starting from the content conceptualisation phase till the final delivery from the creator's end and then until the execution of online & offline marketing campaigns.

The candidate must also be able to operate autonomously as required while maintaining creative integrity. The role requires the ability to explain, present, convey and defend your feedback and suggestions to enhance others' ideas while remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism for your creative self.

This role is for you if you are passionate about getting creative things done, and using consumer insights to create bigger, better, and bolder content designs and formats. The candidate will also be managing the brand's freelance creative network and taking care of nurturing it to get the maximum output.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support STAGE's content efforts by managing the general workflow and timeline

Efficient post-production workflow, oversee asset management and content delivery and ensure Originals launch effectively on STAGE

While making sure we exceed our high-quality bar, offering our subscribers only the best entertainment experiences

Oversee a high volume of projects in various phases of production across multiple time zones

Work with studios, producers, production companies, and vendors through the project lifecycle

Ability to supervise and ensure the best content quality delivery

Develop and approve post-production budgets and schedules and disseminate updates to key stakeholders

Forecast launch strategy for assigned projects

Track episodic progress and manage the delivery of all assets from third-party productions to STAGE

Collaborate with various internal teams such as creative, production, business affairs, legal, finance, marketing, PR, and Tech to troubleshoot project challenges and ensure internal needs are fulfilled

Work strategically and in partnership with internal teams to build, maintain, and improve internal and external processes, workflows, systems, and policies

Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone

Introduce new innovative content formats

Ensuring all the SOPs to scale the business

Responsible for cost management for various third-party agency work

Ensure Data protection and storage of all the content

Expectations

Minimum of 4 years of experience working Content media industry

Minimum of 3 years serving as a Post Production Supervisor on high-end projects and overseeing multiple projects

Keen observation skills

Deep knowledge of production and post-production processes including shooting, technical equipment, visual effects, editing, audio, and colour.

Familiarization with the current trends and workflows across the industry

Ability to master a variety of technical and content management systems

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Adept at anticipating potential issues, identifying problems, recommending and implementing solutions

Experience training or mentoring others

Knowledge of creatives, graphics, production and post-production

Budget optimization capabilities

Growth and Ownership Mindset

Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data
