Position - Assistant Operations Manager - US Clients (Staffing Experience a Must) Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan (Strictly Work from Office) Timings - (6.30pm - 3.30am) II (7.30pm - 4.30am) : Manage Client Delivery Communicate with clients for daily calls and work with recruiters to solve their challenges Required to wok on the VMS Portal Manage team of at least 30 - 40 resources Skill Set Required : 4+ Years of US Recruiting Experience , Must have worked on Health Care Requirements Must have worked on VMS Portals, Knowledge of Scorecard of VMS Must have experience managing recruiters. Excellent Communication Skills, Must have attended calls with client and VMS Calls.
