Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Assisting with chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, measuring ingredients, and supporting the cooking and plating of dishes.

Recipe Execution:

Following recipes accurately to prepare menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.

Inventory Management:

Assisting with stock rotation, receiving and storing deliveries, and monitoring inventory levels.

Kitchen Organization & Sanitation:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring proper handling of equipment.

Teamwork & Communication:

Collaborating with other kitchen staff, communicating effectively with the head chef, and potentially supervising junior staff.

Following Procedures:

Adhering to all kitchen procedures, including food safety regulations and waste management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
