Analyze financial performance & prepare MIS for Management Review.
Identify cost saving opportunities & financial risks.
Supervise accounts, taxation & finance Team Members.
Train & Mentor Junior Finance staff.
Coordinate with other departments to align financial planning with operations.
Review & implement internal control system & financial policies.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs in payment, procurement & costing.

3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in strategic financial planning.
At least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing, export or large scale trading company.
