Role Purpose
To support the Cafe Manager in managing daily cafe operations at the airport, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, safety, and compliance with GMR Airport guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Ensure compliance with GMR Airport policies, Aviation Security (AVSEC) norms, and FSSAI standards
Maintain excellent customer service standards suitable for an international airport environment
Supervise staff shifts, attendance, grooming, and performance
Support inventory control, stock ordering, and wastage management
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times
Assist in cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting
Coordinate with airport authorities, security, and operations teams as required
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations (airport or QSR experience preferred)
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Experience managing teams in a high-footfall environment
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and holidays
Well-groomed with professional conduct as per airport standards
Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
