Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Planning



Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans for tea products. Conduct market analysis and consumer insights research to inform strategic decisions. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities or threats.

Marketing Campaigns & Execution



Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, events). Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments to develop campaign assets. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Product Development & Management



Assist in managing product lifecycles, from concept to launch. Coordinate packaging design, labeling, and regulatory compliance with internal teams and suppliers. Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback.

Brand Communication & Content



Support brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Help manage content creation for social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters. Engage with customers through community management and feedback channels.

Sales Support & Trade Marketing



Collaborate with the sales team to develop trade marketing materials and in-store activations. Monitor stock levels, product displays, and promotional activities in retail outlets. Participate in the preparation of trade shows, product samplings, and customer events.

Reporting & Budgeting



Track and report on brand performance metrics, including market share, sales data, and campaign ROI. Assist in managing the brand budget, ensuring effective use of marketing funds.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG or beverage industry. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Passion for tea and a creative, brand-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
