: Assign tasks to team members based on priority. Maintaining relationships with institutions Prepare a Sales Marketing Plan and Budget for the Branch and ensure its implementation. Upgraded knowledge about immigration & Overseas Industry. Achieving monthly sales target. Ensure timely submission of reports in proper formats as laid down by the management. Converting inquiries into enrolments Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, clients work status and receivables. Responsible for team training, hand holding and ensuring high retention of team. Ensure implementation of training program for skill development Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the Branch Sales reports Achieving branch enrolment visa targets to help the team to implement process to identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them investment options and ensuring highest level of service to the customer. Give projections plan for the same. Has to ensure relieving formalities and other related issues handled efficiently and effectively by his/her team members. Conflict resolution. Requirement: Only Female Candidate, Age up to 45 years Graduation or Postgraduate in any stream Aggressive and sales oriented mindset Excellent Communications skills Willing to travel if required Must have a vision to create strategy for the branch growth 3-5 years experience in Immigration industry will be preferred.
