Responsible for customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining regular communication with students and parents throughout the course duration.
Grievance Handling:
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving parent and student inquiries or complaints promptly.
Revenue & Expense Management:
Monitor and ensure the collection of revenue while implementing measures to reduce branch operating expenses.
Facility Oversight:
Ensure the general cleanliness, professional appearance, and safety of the branch office premises.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensure branch operations comply with applicable laws and internal regulations. Coordinate with various departments at the regional and corporate levels.
Staff Supervision:
Manage and supervise support staff to maintain high service excellence and operational standards.
