Guide the sales and counseling team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Assist in monitoring daily performance, reports, and lead status.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Support local outreach and promotional activities as required.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and customer interactions.
Ensure a positive experience for students and parents by addressing queries professionally.
Follow organizational processes, policies, and service standards.
