JOB DESCRIPTION; \xe2\x80\xa2Manage daily operations of the branch. \xe2\x80\xa2Manage Employee Attendance and movement. \xe2\x80\xa2Branch Calls Handling. \xe2\x80\xa2Branch Maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe and orderly. \xe2\x80\xa2Branch Rent, Bills etc. Properly managing \xe2\x80\xa2Maintaining Administrative Records \xe2\x80\x93 Attendance Register, Visitors Register, Phone Register, Employee Movement register, Stationary Register, Courier&Parcel Register, Walk in Register etc. \xe2\x80\xa2Handle Branch Petty Cash and Submit the petty cash report at the end of the day. \xe2\x80\xa2Client Payment Collection and recording. \xe2\x80\xa2Refund clients handling and coordinating with concern team heads. \xe2\x80\xa2Manage Branch Bank Accounts, Depositing and withdrawing. \xe2\x80\xa2Assist State Manager in implementing business development strategies. for the assigned branch. \xe2\x80\xa2Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers. \xe2\x80\xa2Provide quality and exceptional services to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2Assist State Manager to achieve sales target and projected profit. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure that the branch personnel comply with federal and state laws. \xe2\x80\xa2Complete Employee joining and resigning formalities. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch. \xe2\x80\xa2Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, Seminars and Webinars. \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees. \xe2\x80\xa2Assist HR Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
